We take organically-grown cashews from Southeast Asia, blend them with mammoth pecans from Texas and plump almonds from California, then gently roast them with Sea Salt and then grind and pack them by hand immediately to preserve the taste and freshness. Nuts and Sea Salt may be the only ingredients in this nut butter, but the taste is anything but simple.
