We take organically-grown cashews from Southeast Asia, blend them with mammoth pecans from Texas and plump almonds from California, then coat them with sweet maple syrup and then finally grind and pack them by hand in glass jars to preserve the taste and freshness. Nuts and maple syrup may be the only ingredients in this nut butter, but the taste is anything but simple.
