This clean and well-balanced offering from the Oaxaca and Chiapas regions of Mexico is one of the most mouth-pleasing coffees we roast. The cup has a creamy body and medium acidity. Look for the coffee to have hints of citrus, brown sugar and a smooth clean finish. This is the kind of coffee that just disappears from your pantry, but with fast turnaround times and coffee often sent out on the day we roast it, it’s easy to see why.
I was looking to quit my addiction to an international chain coffee shop and finding a good tasting and reasonably priced whole bean coffee was a hindrance to that. Well, I found it at Tierra Farm. The Mexican coffee beans are so delicious and the caffeine amount, which seems slightly higher than the medium roast blend I was using before, gives me a nice light jolt to get me ready for my 3rd shift job. And it’s nice to buy from a more local company. I will certainly be buying this coffee again.
