Earl Grey Tea is a blend of Chinese black teas mixed with dried bergamot orange. It is named after the 19^th century prime minister, Earl Charles Grey.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Use one teaspoon leaf per eight oz. water. Have boiling water poured over leaves, then steep for 4-5 minutes.
